Vintage Italian Linen Set with Reticella Embroidery

A spectacular set of Italian linens; it includes one runner and four napkins. The linen is a very fine weave and the embroidery is done with a darker thread for a lovely contrast. Beautiful reticella needle lace fills cutouts throughout. Worthy of your home museum.

The runner measures 15" x 42". Each of the eight napkins measures 10" x 16"

They have been soaked and pressed. The placemats were heavily starched but most of it has soaked out.
